Lacey Congdon

Lacey Congdon

My name is Lacey Congdon. I met Jesus at a young age, but my journey was marked by legalism. I was the golden child throughout high school. However, pride led to destruction as I began to walk in darkness. I began thinking I was a lost cause— deceived and enslaved by worldly pleasures. I fell into emotionally dependent relationships and means of self-medication. Although I turned my back on Him, God relentlessly pursued me until I surrendered my will. He showed me I am fully known and loved. I was never too far lost for His redeeming grace.

Psalm 67

Make Your Face Shine upon Us

To the choirmaster: with stringed instruments. A Psalm. A Song.

67:1 May God be gracious to us and bless us
and make his face to shine upon us, Selah
that your way may be known on earth,
your saving power among all nations.
Let the peoples praise you, O God;
let all the peoples praise you!

Let the nations be glad and sing for joy,
for you judge the peoples with equity
and guide the nations upon earth. Selah
Let the peoples praise you, O God;
let all the peoples praise you!

The earth has yielded its increase;
God, our God, shall bless us.
God shall bless us;
let all the ends of the earth fear him! (ESV)

Psalm 121:7

The Lord will keep you from all evil;
he will keep your life.
